Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange your product for a different colour, size, or a different product, please contact us. Replacements of goods is only limited to goods of the same size, colour, and design. Please return your item back to us within 7 days upon receiving the products, and remember to inform us of before you send it back to us. The returned items are to be in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact and should not be removed.
